Please read through the information you find here to familiarize yourself with community cats and the basics of TNR. TNR can be done by anyone! You don't necessarily need any special training, just the willingness to read up on it and become well informed and the diligence to follow through in an organized step-by-step manner. We will be here to support you along the way and help give you the skills you need to take care of these community cats.

MUNICIPALITIES
Over 140 NJ municipalities and 4 counties support TNR. Whether through an officially sanctioned TNR program, formal ordinance or resolution or through agreements with their animal control department or local private nonprofits, more and more municipalities are utilizing TNR and seeing the positive results that follow.
